BJ's Membership Cost and Value Calculator

Compare Club and Club+ using the savings and costs that apply to your household.

Current standard prices and benefits are based on BJ's official membership information. Promotions, exclusions, taxes, and local availability can change.

How much does a BJ's membership cost?

BJ's currently lists Club at $60 per year and Club+ at $120 per year with Easy Renewal. Promotional first-year offers may differ, so this calculator uses the recurring standard price.

BJ's Club versus Club+

Both tiers provide warehouse access and core member benefits. Club+ adds 2% back in rewards on most qualifying BJ's purchases, an extra 5 cents per gallon at BJ's Gas, and two eligible same-day deliveries per membership year.

How much must you spend to break even?

The answer depends on price savings, fuel, delivery, and other value. The $60 Club+ upgrade divided by its 2% reward rate equals $3,000 of qualifying purchases before counting the added gas and delivery benefits.

When is BJ's likely worth it?

It is more likely to work when you consistently buy products that are genuinely cheaper for you, use BJ's Gas, and avoid waste. Club+ can make sense when qualifying purchases and its added benefits exceed the extra $60.

When may BJ's not be worth it?

Low usage, long travel, limited storage, spoiled bulk food, or unplanned purchases can erase savings. Enter those costs instead of assuming every warehouse purchase creates value.
